Opinion: The Real Problem is Systemic | Terry Mudge Insights Newsletter

Good afternoon all,

Many Americans believe the upcoming election will be the salvation of the nation. However, there is a major systemic problem which to some degree has haunted the nation since its founding and has gotten much worse with the concentration of wealth and technology. I hope I am wrong but I don’t see a way around this very substantial issue. This is the subject of today’s newsletter.

The Real Problem is Systemic

A New Amendment Needs to be Added to the Constitution

Too much freedom created a situation where a global coup was inevitable. There is no mechanism, no law, in place to prevent a powerful private sector influence of all government branches and agencies, including the military. Deadly government actions taken during Covid-19 were the direct result of private sector influence. The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation provided funding for the Imperial College whose inaccurate Covid-19 model was the basis for lockdowns. Neil Ferguson, the model’s designer, had received donations during the H1N1 scare in 2010 from GlaxoSmithKline, Baxter, and Roche. That model was widely inaccurate as well. Neil Ferguson sits on the UK Government’s Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE). This is just one example of thousands. What we are about to describe is a fundamental flaw in our Constitution which has been recognized for decades but due to the vast sums of money at stake has gone unaddressed.

  • In a 1959 interview with Chris Wallace, author and philosopher Ayn Rand, stated “I’m opposed to all forms of control. I am for an absolute laissez-faire, free, unregulated economy. Let me put it briefly. I’m for the separation of state and economics. Just as we had separation of state and church, which led to peaceful co-existence among different religions, after a period of religious wars, so the same applies to economics. If you separate the government from economics, if you do not regulate production and trade, you will have peaceful cooperation, and harmony, and justice among men.
  • C. Wright Mills is counted among the most prominent social thinkers of the twentieth century. He was an American social conflict theorist highly influenced by Karl Marx. Despite his Marxist positions on many issues he none-the-less pioneered and presented the social theory of power elite in one of his most influential books of the time, “The Power Elite”. Mills social theory was focused on the power elite, their influence on society and social lives of ordinary people. According to Mills power elites are those people who hold top hierarchical positions in economic, political and military institutions and their positions give them power to make strategic decisions which could have positive or negative impact on social lives and the environment of ordinary citizen.
  • On January 17, 1961, Dwight D. Eisenhower ended his presidential term by warning the nation about the increasing power of the military-industrial complex. His remarks, issued during a televised farewell address to the American people, were particularly significant since Ike had famously served the nation as military commander of the Allied forces during WWII. However, cognizant that America’s peacetime defense policy had changed drastically since his military career, Eisenhower expressed concerns about the growing influence of what he termed the military-industrial complex. Before and during the Second World War, American industries had successfully converted to defense production as the crisis demanded, but out of the war, what Eisenhower called a permanent armaments industry of vast proportions emerged. This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is new in the American experience Eisenhower warned, “[while] we recognize the imperative need for this development…We must not fail to comprehend its grave implications we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence…The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.” Eisenhower cautioned that the federal government’s collaboration with an alliance of military and industrial leaders, though necessary, was vulnerable to abuse of power. Ike then counseled American citizens to be vigilant in monitoring the military-industrial complex.
  • On April 27, 1961 President Kennedy gave a very ominous speech to the Press Club regarding secret societies.

“Tonight, I want to talk about our common responsibilities in the face of a common danger. The events of recent weeks may have helped to illuminate that challenge for some; but the dimensions of its threat have loomed large on the horizon for many years. Whatever our hopes may be for the future — for reducing this threat or living with it — there is no escaping either the gravity or the totality of its challenge to our survival and to our security — a challenge that confronts us in unaccustomed ways in every sphere of human activity.

“The very word ‘secrecy’ is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it is in my control. And no official of my Administration, whether his rank is high or low, civilian or military, should interpret my words here tonight as an excuse to censor the news, to stifle dissent, to cover up our mistakes or to withhold from the press and the public the facts they deserve to know.

“Today no war has been declared — and however fierce the struggle may be, it may never be declared in the traditional fashion. Our way of life is under attack. Those who make themselves our enemy are advancing around the globe. The survival of our friends is in danger. (…)

“For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence — on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.

“Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed. It conducts the Cold War, in short, with a war-time discipline no democracy would ever hope or wish to match. (…)

“It is the unprecedented nature of this challenge that also gives rise to your second obligation — an obligation which I share. And that is our obligation to inform and alert the American people — to make certain that they possess all the facts that they need, and understand them as well — the perils, the prospects, the purposes of our program and the choices that we face.

“Without debate, without criticism, no Administration and no country can succeed — and no republic can survive. That is why the Athenian lawmaker Solon decreed it a crime for any citizen to shrink from controversy. And that is why our press was protected by the First Amendment — the only business in America specifically protected by the Constitution — not primarily to amuse and entertain, not to emphasize the trivial and the sentimental, not to simply ‘give the public what it wants’ — but to inform, to arouse, to reflect, to state our dangers and our opportunities, to indicate our crises and our choices, to lead, mold, educate and sometimes even anger public opinion.

“This means greater coverage and analysis of international news — for it is no longer far away and foreign but close at hand and local. It means greater attention to improved understanding of the news as well as improved transmission. And it means, finally, that government at all levels, must meet its obligation to provide you with the fullest possible information outside the narrowest limits of national security — and we intend to do it.”

Today almost all information that drives government decisions and regulations is derived from private institutions funded by the world’s billionaires and our enemies, including China. And to make matters worse the information is not to be criticized. It has taken decades to brainwash the American people to believe that government agencies are fair and unbiased institutions working in Americans’ best interest. Even if government agencies were unbiased the data or how the data is assembled is not, private sector actors have shaped the data to benefit their agenda.

  • Billions of dollars rest on how the Federal Reserve will respond to CPI data. Over the years, the methodology used to calculate the CPI has undergone numerous revisions. Some critics view the methodological changes and the switch from a cost of goods index (COGI) to a cost-of-living index (COLI) as a purposeful manipulation that allows the U.S. government to report a lower CPI. Additionally, there are three different definitions of the CPI; since these definitions are not operationally equivalent, each method of measuring inflation leads to different results. The difference between John Williams’ Shadow Statistics CPI which uses 1980 calculations is staggering, at 17% compared to the current BLS 8.7%. Imagine how the Federal Reserve would react to a 17% CPI inflation?
  • The same holds true for unemployment data, billions are at stake depending on the reported results. The following is from a 2011 SeekingAlpha.com report, Between Thursday and Friday, we saw how quickly investors’ attitudes toward the economy changed when we received conflicting messages about the strength of the jobs recovery. On Thursday, the stock market rallied, thanks, in part, to the relatively solid results in the ADP report. On Friday, stocks dropped on a weaker-than-expected BLS report. So how bias are the employment numbers? From the latest Shadow Statistics posting, U.3 Unemployment narrowed to 3.5% in September from 3.7% in August, versus 3.5% in July; U.6 narrowed to 6.7% in September, from 7.0% in August, versus 6.7% in July, and the ShadowStats Alternate Unemployment narrowed to 24.4% in September, from 24.6% in August, versus 24.4% in July. Again, imagine the economic fallout from a 24% unemployment rate.

But these manipulations are child’s play, small theatrics, to the globalists’ current influence structure. BLS data manipulations were part of an early learning curve to determine how much trust the public would put into absolute lies. A trusting public has allowed the military industrial complex to get away with quite literally the murder of millions of people in wars which were not required. The government reaction to the Covid-19 pandemic was another test of public trust to set the stage for the final globalist coup, climate change.

Anyone checking into any international organization or even an American government agency will find their data and personnel are under the influence of the world’s billionaires. Consider this white paper posted on the NIH official website PUBMED. In the USA, the National Institutes of Health (NIH; Bethesda, MD, USA) has an annual budget of approximately US$30 billion and influences biomedical research extensively by setting funding priorities. Given that the NIH distributes taxpayers’ money, it predominantly supports research that targets health problems affecting US citizens. However, more recently, the US Federal Government’s funding allocations through the NIH have been influenced by private foundations, shifting their focus and resources towards addressing the problems of global health. Most notable of these foundations has been the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Here, we review the impact of the Grand Challenges for Global Health (GCGH) initiative that was started by the BMGF in 2003 and that managed to influence the NIH’s funding priorities. We found that the NIH supplemented the GCGH with increased funding of approximately US$1 billion for global health issues at a time when the overall NIH budget experienced little growth. The economic ties between foundations, corporations, government, education and health organizations are a very old problem and must be banned if the nation is to be repaired.

In 1958, Rene Wormser, general counsel to a special Congressional committee investigating tax-exempt foundations wrote a book, Foundations Their Power and Influence. Mr. Wormser was careful to point out there were more organizations in the grant influence pipeline than foundations, The “foundations” which the Committee investigated did not all carry that label, In addition to primary sources of foundation grants, such as The Ford Foundation, The Rockefeller Foundation, and The Carnegie Corporation of New York, the Committee examined secondary distributors of grant moneys, especially organizations such as The Social Science Research Council, The Institute of Pacific Relations, and The American Council on Education, which are supported by the major foundations and used in selecting ultimate recipients. At the time of the book’s writing it was estimated there were 7000 or more such organizations. The tactic is so successful that today that number is tens of thousands.

Mr. Wormser opens the book with this pre-face: It is not easy to investigate foundations, not even for Congress to attempt it: the giant foundations are powerful and have powerful friends. A special committee was created by the House of Representatives of the 83rd Congress to investigate tax-exempt organizations. It is generally referred to as the “Reece Committee” after its chairman, Congressman B. Carroll Reece of Tennessee. It was successor, in a way, to the “Cox Committee,” created by the previous Congress. The Reece Committee had perhaps the most hazardous career of any committee in the history of Congress. It survived its many perils, however, to bring to the attention of Congress and the people grave dangers to our society. These dangers relate chiefly to the use of foundation funds for political ends; they arise out of the accumulation of substantial economic power and of cultural influence in the hands of a relatively few.

The World Economic Forum and its billionaire membership has taken full advantage of their funding influence to organize a war against humanity, an effort to place the future of humanity in the hands of new gods who have the means to genetically alter all life to achieve their ends.

The world runs on data. The entities which control the data used by policy makers control the world. Just as Covid-19 statistics were manipulated so is climate change data. The relationship between government agencies and the manipulators is often buried under layers of financial arrangements. For example in 2011 an article posted on CFACT posted this story: Two watchdog organizations, the Energy and Environmental Legal Institute (E&E Legal) and the Free Market environmental Law Clinic (FMELC), recently sent a letter to EPA Inspector General Arthur Elkins requesting an investigation into collusive deals whereby the agency allowed the NRDC and the Sierra Club to help write regulatory policy for its war on coal. E&E Legal and FMELC have pieced together evidence taken from hundreds of e-mails obtained under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The New York Times reports that the NRDC is also the subject of an ongoing congressional inquiry, based upon other e-mails indicating that EPA has stocked its senior positions with politically appointed officials from various Green groups. This arrangement afforded those groups unprecedented access to former colleagues — leading to unlawful influence toward shared ends to the detriment of due process constitutional rights of other parties. The Sierra Club is funded by the Democracy Alliance. Members of the Democracy Alliance include billionaires George Soros (Open Society Foundations) and his son Jonathan Soros, former Rockefeller Family Fund president Anne Bartley, San Francisco Bay Area donors Susie Tompkins Buell and Mark Buell, Hollywood director Rob Reiner, Taco Bell heir Rob McKay … as well as New York financiers like left of center philanthropist, Steven Gluckstern. The Natural Resources Defense Council was started with Ford Foundation money in 1970 and is one of the largest green organizations. Billionaire Tom Steyer is a major funder of the NRDC through his Energy Foundation.

There is no way for Americans, nor should they be expected to know, who is funding what and how data is being manipulated. This natural public ignorance and the concentration of wealth and technology has made a global coup possible. Populations are not as dependent on their government as they are to international corporations which control almost all civilization’s basic needs, including the underlying data. Barring divine intervention, Americans can anticipate continued manipulation and most likely a final billionaire victory over the destiny of humanity.
