Good afternoon! I came across some information on telegram that I thought might be of interest. This was posted on a Michigan group Geri and I are in. If this sounds like something you’d like to do. please do so. This might be important in the future in filing lawsuits.
‘Everyone should go to rockthevote.org and see if they have your voter registration info. If so, how did they get it? Did you authorize your government (elections department or Secretary of State) to release your personal identifiable information to this company? If not, go to identitytheft.gov and fill out a report that your identity was stolen and given to (3rd party) rockthevote.org without your express written consent. Make sure to identify that your county elections office or Secretary of State is the party who illegally released your personal information’.
I went to the Harrisville Township meeting yesterday. It was a pretty short meeting, not a record, though. 🙂 Mike Johnston was not present for the meeting. Bill Thompson and I were the only two in the audience. There was no public comment. Bill gave an update to the board on the fair and this Saturday being electronic recycling at the fairgrounds. He said the one way in and out worked well this year. Chad asked Bill for a mapping of the county broadband and Bill told him to call Doug Cheek. The board had a special meeting regarding a few bad roads at Springport Cemetery. The minutes were approved as well as the treasurer’s report. There was some discussion on finding a new auditor for the township. It seems there has been some turnover at the company and customer service isn’t like it used to be. Sue Calder and Randy Thompson were appointed to the planning commission. The bills were paid. One more mowing is in the budget for the cemeteries and Westlawn cemetery roads are good. Meeting adjourned.
That’s about it for now. A Tavern meeting is scheduled for next Wednesday, the 21st at the library. There is another letter to the editor in the Alcona Review regarding the ACCOA.
Enjoy your weekend!
Your fellow patriot,
Lisa
